 GBB Advisors has been engaged to market and sell a pistachio ranch consisting of 1,969 acres of which 1,752 are planted to young, producing pistachios. The ranch is located in an attractive, high performing growing region near the Interstate-5 corridor on the west side of the San Joaquin Valley. The trees range from 5th – 13th leaf with a majority of the planted acreage in production and on an increasing yield trajectory. The ranch benefits from stablewater access and water rights.
